Hi

I have my sense2 for about a week

I wear it everyday and for sleep too. the watch says that I have a very low daily recovery, most of the days show me the lowest level , number 1.

I am not a great sport man but it seems to me that is too low.

i am sleeping well , avarege of 80 % of recovery

maybe the results are not still reliable until I wear the watch for a couple of weeks ?

thanks a lot

So I'm going to speak like sport person to sport person: ignore DRS. It never worked for me, too. One of reasons is that my training involves mixing of intensities and that bit is lost when data translates to the DRS. I wrote quite a lot about DRS on this forum but here I explained in detail what wrong is with DRS (the whole thread is interesting). It is (probably) ok for people who mostly walk to get steps in but when one starts thinking of intensity (in running it'd be easy, intervals, tempo, all-out etc.) then DRS fails.
