So I bought Sense 2 last Thursday, it was working nicely, then yesterday I noticed that I can no longer find the Alarm app (which was already working Friday morning), searched the instructions on how to find it, went to Gallery and was greeted by this message:
Continue installing?
Some applications did not finish installing. Do you want to continue installing them now?
I click CONTINUE button and a red line is moving back and forth next to the ECG app but nothing seems to happen.
What do I do to get the Alarm app back?

Welcome to the Community, @Jenn24.
Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2 and the steps tried on your end. I'm sorry this is happening and given this situation, let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app to see if the apps get installed correctly. To do this, please follow these steps:

I tried that already. Or actually I went the factory reset way, which included those steps. Now I can find the Alarm app, but the ECG app is still stuck and I get the same error message.

@Jenn24 It's good to see you here.
Thanks for the time taken in troubleshooting your Sense 2, as well as the details provided. I'm sorry the issue persists and to further investigate what may be occurring, please provide me the model and OS version of your phone. Additionally, take a screenshot of the message displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply.
