Replacement Sense 2 won't stay charging

Hi, 

My sense 2 won't charge properly. When I put it on charge the charge comes on and off about 3 times before restarting the device. The charge is not constant. I sent it back in December with this problem and I received my new one today, however there problem is still the exact same. Does anyone else have this problem or any advice?

I just bought a new charger which came today and thankfully the issue is now resolved!
