Hello, I recently had to take back my sense 2 as the batrery didnt last long. I have linked this new fitbit fo the same email address only now the previous clock faces I purchased dont appear to be showing on my account.
Is this something tech support can sort.

@Liquadia I think this will work, but I'm not 100% sure. Tap on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right > Account Settings > Restore Your Purchases. Contact Support if this doesn't work.

Hello, and thanks for the speedy reply. I have tried what you stated and actually said lurchases restored. When i goto clockfaces, or even to add a new clockface by pressing plus there is no indication on there that i made any purchases, there just doesnt seem to be a page for orevious purchases.

@Liquadia Clock face purchases/payments are made with the developer of the clock face rather than Fitbit. In this case you will need to contact the developer of the clock face that you purchased, they should be able to restore the purchase for you. If you locate the clock face in the APK gallery there should be a way to contact the developer from that page (usually at the bottom of the page).
