My husband's Fitbit Sense heart rate always says 81, it never changes. Even after a hard reboot.

@SunsetRunner- If you restarted the watch with the button and it is not solved, try changing the clock face. It can be that the permissions for the chosen clock face haven't been granted in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.
