Replacement unit

For some reason, my Sense 2 started to quit started activity after a few seconds/minutes. Tried factory reset / reinstall app, no effect.

Tuesday November 21st at 1:37 PM I emailed customer service. They offered me a replacement unit within a couple of hours. I accepted the same evening, and the new unit delivered to my door today at 2 PM.

I am impressed!
