If your device is not keeping the charge I'd suggest you follow the steps listed in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
On the other hand, keep in mind that your Versa 2 may show the wrong date and time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. Hello. My Fitbit Versa keep losing more time. Itcwas 3 minutes slow, now it's 6 minutes slow. I have tried all the suggestions to fix the time. Nothing has worked. Any other suggestions shortbif getting another watch? Thanks.
