Sense 2 not syncing properly

My sense 2 watch wont sync with my samsung a6 no more.I put the code in that comes up on my watch but It says error on my phone theres also a red cross on my watch.Ive tryed every thing.

I perfectly understand how frustrating this can be, and I greatly appreciate the steps you have taken so far.

Considering what you mention, I would like to recommend performing a new set up of your devices. This may seem a bit confusing, but below I share the list of steps to follow:

  • Verify that the application does not have any pending updates.
  • From the application, press the icon of a watch and a mobile phone located at the top of it.
  • Press the "Add more devices" option.
  • Press the "Replace with new Sense 2" option.
  • Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Please, keep in mind that it is not necessary to delete your device prior to the execution of this process. Similarly, make sure you have your WiFi password at hand, as it will be required to perform the update again.
