Has anyone had any problems getting a refund. I returned my sense 2 as the face of the watch was eroding. It is returned now amd they require me to sign up to payoneer. I am frustrated because I do not want to sign up to another google service, it is asking me for income amount, etc, the site is confusing and I have tried to sign up multiple times unsuccessfully. I complained to customer service and I get is the same repeated answer. They owe me my money why cant it be straight forward amd what am I supposed to do to get my money if I am struggling with the site I am supposed to sign up to? I have spent hours on this. On a side note I also had to take day off work and wait in all day for a courier because I could not just send it back return post.
The customer service process is appalling. My case apparently got sent higher up and then I was given exactly the same answer with no solution!
Does anyone know how to get anyone to listen to you? Amd speak to someone higher up. I just want my money back without going to payoneer
It has put me off getting another fitbi if this is the way they treat you
