Has anyone returned a brand new never worn sense 2 that was faulty with the red X across the screen, to have it replaced with a refurb/reconditioned one? Surely this can’t be right can it?

Definitely not right. If it's in the initial return window, you should definitely request a refund instead.

Thanks. I literally got it for my birthday, it didn’t work, I went through the online chat and they agreed it was faulty and gave me instructions to return and they have sent me a reconditioned/refurb one! I’m fuming right now
