I have a Sense 2 and iPhone 14. The find my phone app NEVER works. The app is open rn and the phone is inches away. Nothing. I am so done with this FitBit. Constant issues.
Since the Fitbit app is garbage, any recommendations for a third party app that actually works?

Hi @Pjsbend - this can happen if the reconnection has automatically resynced yet or is connected to another device perhaps.
Try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, then try again.
If it still doesn't work try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch again by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync and try again.

What other devices? I have one Fitbit Sense 2. The watch goes to settings if you hold the button. The logo does not appear. You have to scroll down to find the shut down button. That did not resolve the issue. I don’t have an android phone but I have tried restarting the watch and the phone multiple times. This feature simply does not work so I deleted the useless app. I am looking for a third party app that might actually work.
