I dropped my fitbit and broke the crystal over the face. It still works, of course, but can I get the face replaced?

Hi @JoyceAnne there are no repairs for these devices. Amazon does sell a protective cover band, which has a screen that would go over the face of your Sense, if you'd like to check into that. The band is a bit clunky, but it holds the pebble portion of the Sense to encompass it.

Thanks for the reply. It is just a cosmetic thing on the outside edge of the crystal. It doesn’t affect the workings. I just love my Fitbit and I feel badly for her, but I have a few “cracks” too! We’ll get along. Thanks again, Joyce Sigler

Many thanks for the information. The crack/crunch is mostly cosmetic and now my Fitbit face and my face have much in common It is just cosmetic. We’ll get along. I feel badly that I damaged her, though. I love my Fitbit! She keeps me MOVING!

Hii there @JoyceAnne! Thank you for sharing such beautiful words.
I can totally agree with you. Sometimes we tend to care more about the things on the outside instead of celebrating the things from the inside. I'm glad to know that the workings weren't affected and that you're happy with your Fitbit! It's great to read that your Fitbit helps you maintain motivated and moving.
I recommend you visit our discussion forums. There you will find several users who are interested in fitness, healthy eating, or better sleep and who share many tips with each other. They will certainly be happy to see you there.
The Fitbit community is always available to you. I hope you have fun with Fitbit.
Best wishes!
