What the title says. Even when I am lieing in bed, my watch often measures over 150 bpm which leavds me confused. It definitely should not be that high just before going to sleep.
Is this a malfunction or should I seek out my doctor? Because this is starting to worry me. 😅

It should be easy to check yourself. Feel your pulse yourself at your wrist and count it to see if it is really 150+ or a more sensible number. If you can take your pulse manually just like the nurse does at the doctor's office, and it really is that high at rest, then you probably should see a doctor.
If your pulse beat seems normal when your take it manually, try switching to another clock face. It could be that one is just not updating heart rate correctly.
