The Activity min are not tracking anything. Been doing strenuous workouts and it still records 0 active min. Same with sleep data. Tried refreshing app and logging off and in again- nothing changes.

Seems like your device is not tracking heart rate correctly. Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
