I only have been wearing this for a few months. I owned a Fitbit Sense prior for 2 years and I never had any issues. This Fitbit Sense 2, however, was working decently for a few months until now the speakers on the Fitbit Sense 2 device itself is barely audible.
I looked into how to change the Volume settings but found nothing in the manual or elsewhere that would let me do this. I use the voice feature often with Alexa but now I can't do that since not only does it not tell you in the text that appears on the screen of the device but the audio is barely audible.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can I fix it?

If the text response isn't showing, neither will the audio be heard.
Have you tried setting up Alexa again.

Hi @ultravioletcat - did you try changing the volume here in, How do I interact with a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? or even just asking Alexa to increase it? Note: after asking Alexa about something the watch display may show you the volume adjuster.
