After updating my firmware my Sense 2 won't hold a charge for a day. Yesterday at 1030 am it was 100% and it ran out of battery while I was asleep last night. I was previously getting 4-5 days out of a charge and now I'm not even getting 24 hours. I have tried all the steps outlined in all the help documents including uninstalling/reinstalling and a factory reset on my Sense 2 and nothing has helped. I haven't even had this device 2 years yet and it's basically junk at this point. This planned obsolescence of Fitbit products by Google to push everyone to their pixel wearables is some shady business.

Hi there @Randaroo82!
A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for letting us know that the battery of your Sense 2 is draining too quickly and for all your efforts.
Just to confirm, the steps described in this article ---> Extend your Fitbit device's battery life were the ones you followed?

Yes, multiple times. I've tried every tip and trick Fitbit has suggested. This product should not be junk after less than 2 years, and I shouldn't *have* to try a million fixes to get it to work like it's supposed to. Yesterday my battery went from 100% to 50% in less than two hours of doing nothing more than sitting at my desk at work. GPS is off, screen is set to wake with button press only, always on is turned off, I changed back to a stock clock face, I un-installed all the apps from it that I wasn't using, I did a factory reset, I've unpaired and re-paired, I've un-installed and reinstalled the app... I had to charge it twice yesterday and it died the second time before 7pm. It's garbage.

I have the same issue and have tried all the steps shown above also! Device is not even 6 months old, nothing installed except basics and battery dies in less than 24 hours since most recent update. Definitely rethinking my Fitbit choice!

I have been having the same issue. No issues until recently.

No problem fino all’aggiornamento, poi poco alla volta la durate della batteria e’ scesa sempre di più e ora dura 8/10 ore.

That's when my problem started too, after the last update. I wouldn't hold out hope for an answer or resolution from Fitbit, they'll tell you to try all the steps to fix it, then shrug when you say it didn't work. If you're lucky they'll offer you a discount on a new device, but that would require you to give them more money. Nope.

I am having the exact same issue. I thought it was just my Sense 2. Nothing is helping. Died during sleep after being fully charged. Lost 40 % charge in an hour. 4 or 5 days of charge before this update.
