Hi.
I started with the issue of my Sense 2 not responding to touch. First tried a restart but no change so then tried a firmware update but this failed many times. I synced my Sense 2 then performed a factory reset. This appeared to have failed as after restarting the screen is blank. I tried the factory reset a couple more times with the same result. I know that the device has reset as I can discover it to setup on the app however the screen doesn't show anything just blank when the app asks for the four digit code. I know the screen is working as the Fitbit logo comes up when resetting. I also know the Fitbit is on as the app can see it. Any ideas how to get past this issue to see if the touch input issue is fixed? I think a clock face change might fix the screen but I can't do that until the device is linked to the app again. Help please.
