Bluetooth is on on my iphone. Sense2 is adjacent to phone but Bluetooth wont work despite being on. Have turned BT off and on several times on phone but still says not connected.
What else can I do to get sync working again? Thanks
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @Snowcatt - for starters make sure you aren't using any other Bluetooth devices besides your watch and phone, then restart the watch.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and restart the phone.
When you login again wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync with a pull down on the phone.
If this doesn't work, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Thanks for trying to help.
I have switched phone on and off, switched Bluetooth on and off. I have
removed Sense from app and rejoined. All sadly to no effect. The only
thing I have not done yet is a factory reset.
Also when trying to connect from phone the two items are very close
together with no other bluetooth items near by. Just started going wrong
in the middle of the day!

We don't connect BT. We let the Fitbit app do the connection.
