hi, I’m new to my sense to. I’ve read that I need an SP0 to watch face to monitor my oxygen levels. Does this mean if I choose a different watch face then the watch will stop monitoring my oxygen levels?
thanks
Dafydd

Hi @DaiWxx - this was true of the older models, the Sense 2 will measure it and show the results in Health Metrics in the Fitbit App regardless..
As the Oxygen level is only one reading per night there is little point making it the focus on a watch face when there are so many more useful values to show.

Hi @DaiWxx you will need the SpO2 app or an SpO2 Clock face to see Oxygen levels.
When the Sense first came out, yes, one of the SpO2 clock faces where needed. Then Fitbit added a seperate SpO2 app making the SpO2 face not mandatory
Checking the PDF for SpO2 it says to install an SpO2 clock face, or the SpO2 app.
The clock face makes SpO2 data available on the Sense 2, this data is abaikible through the SpO2 app, the choice is up to you.

@Rich_Laue- what I meant is, there is nothing to install for a new Sense 2 or Versa 4 as the SpO2 app is installed by default and so no clock face is required, unless of course the SpO2 app has optionally been uninstalled, in which case it should be reinstalled and no clock face is required.
Ordinarily no special clock face is required for a Sense 1/2 or a Versa 3/4..

Hi there, @DaiWxx. @Guy_ and @Rich_Laue Thanks for sharing these insights.
@DaiWxx I appreciate your question and in addition to what our friends said, let me recommend this help article which explains more about this data and how you can see it on the Fitbit app.
@Guy_ and @Rich_Laue Just to clarify, the manual provides general information that applies to all our Fitbit devices, for this reason, it'll instruct to either install the clock face or the SpO2 app as those are the only options to track SpO2 on supported devices. The manual also mentions that certain Fitbit devices, such as the Sense 2, will have the app automatically added and you won't need to install it unless it was previously uninstalled. The clock face on the other hand, can be installed only if you want to see this value at a glance, or you don't want to use the app.
