Sense 2 Broken display

Does anybody know where I can send my Sense 2 to repair the display - it is broken for some reason.

Hello @mamue81!  Welcome to our community forums!

Thank you for sharing that your Sense 2 is broken.

Currently, Fitbit does not have physical repair centers, so assistance is provided through technical support. My suggestion for you is to contact them directly so they can tell you what options are available in your case.

Thank you for your reply and the hint at least it did track steps and sleep, with a very short accu time, even without working display, but fitness functions could not be used anymore) - I thought about bying a new one because I forgot to quit the fitbit Abonnement but I assume it will probably have the same issue after a time, so I now bought a Samsung one since the do repair things and I do have good experience with mobile phones already..  i hope their watches are that good also.
