Sense 2 Calls not available via Bluetooth

My Sence2 stopped receiving calls so I went onto Bluetooth and told it to forget the sence2 calls. Now no matter what I have tried it doesn’t come on in the available devices? I have checked my iphone is up to date and so is the Fitbit app. I have turned them both off and on again but has made no difference.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense 2. Before anything else, could you confirm if you refer to your watch not receiving any of your phone notifications? Or is this related to the On-Wrist Calls which allows you to answer a phone call?

If it's the latter one, let's try the following steps to reconnect your watch and setup this feature:

  1. Forget any Fitbit device listed in the Bluetooth settings
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices > Add More Devices
  4. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions
  5. When prompted, set up the On-Wrist Calls and test your watch
