Sense 2 Calls not staying connected via Bluetooth

The Fitbit Sense 2 will not stay connected via Bluetooth for calls and texts. Not sure why it requires an additional Bluetooth device connection, but all of the troubleshooting tips I have read are bunk, and so far, nothing keeps it connected. What will it take to get a real fix for this?

I have that same problem with my Bluetooth sense 2 call not staying connected and also difficulties with not receiving my text messages.

so I’ve gone back to my old Fitbit blaze, which does receive my text messages
