Sense 2 Calls

So I set up Sense 2 calls but the weird the thing is that when I go into Bluetooth it shows Sense 2 calls but it doesn’t connect is says it needs to be turned on I just got this watch 1 day ago

When I setup the Versa 4, the app also setup the calls. 

Let's open the fitbit app on the phone. 

Go to accounts / Sense 2

Tap on wrist calls. 

You may need to tap Bluetooth Pairing, then Done.

I also have one more question every time sense 2 calls connect on Bluetooth it 

Unconnects when I turn my phone of even if i stay close to it

Your Fitbit is tied to your phone  If you're phone is turned completely off, there's no way for it to communicate with your phone.
