Sense 2 - Can’t change screen

Can’t seem to change the screen on day 10 of having it. It’s fully charged.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to change the screen on day 10 of having it. 

Thank you for the additional information regarding the charge. 

In order to better understand the situation, are you asking about the clock face change procedure? If so, please read and follow the steps shown in the following help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If the screen is unresponsive to touch, please also try to double-check the connection to the charging cable and that the cable is plugged into a working USB port (computer or UL-certified wall charger), and try to restart the device: 

  • Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
