Can't recieve phone calls or notifications

Thank you for your message, I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is experiencing some troubles receiving phone calls or notifications. 

There are some settings to verify and troubleshooting steps to follow, as shown in the following link : Why are notifications delayed or missing?
