I added and paired the Sense Calls to my iPhone and it says connected. As soon as I get a call, my sense 2 doesn’t notify me (notification for calls is on) and when I look back at my connected Bluetooth devices, the Sense Calls is “unconnected”. I have “forgotten device” and re-linked several times with the same outcome. This is one of the main reasons I purchased this device over my Versa which at least notified me of incoming calls which I don’t appear to have now.

I got it to work. It doesn’t look like the “Sense 2 Calls” has to be connected via Bluetooth to receive calls. Works just fine after I selected “forget device” on it. I only just connected “Sense 2”.

Welcome to the Community, @Vanessaokc.
Thanks for the details provided, and your efforts while working on this matter. While I'm glad you sorted this out, let me clarify the Sense Controls will allow you to answer a call on your watch; however, they shouldn't prevent you from receiving notifications.
If you see the Sense 2 Controls as “Not Connected” in the Bluetooth settings, that's okay as they'll automatically reconnect once you receive a phone call. To learn more about the on-wrist phone calls, see this help article.
