Sense 2 Controls keep disconnecting

Thanks. Yeah, I'm an idiot, I'm blaming it on my menopause brain🥴🤪🙄😶‍:fog:️🤯😵‍💫🥹😂. I tried searching Google, et al but I eventually found it by pressing the button on the side which is where I found all of my app🙄🥴😑. Now the only major annoyance is keeping the "on-wrist calls" always ON? My Versa 2 stopped showing me calls showing up so that I could at least the calls coming I'm especially while I was out for a trail ride with Reno which is one of the top reasons why I bought the Sense 2 but I am continually having to reconnect my cell with the Sense 2 and its aggravating.

You're welcome, and no worries. I'm happy you found the Find My Phone app and I'm sure your post will help other members having similar issues.

By the way, to prevent any confusion, I've moved your post to a different thread in order to answer your other inquiry. Let me explain it's okay to see the Sense 2 Controls listed as “Not Connected” in the Bluetooth settings. They'll automatically reconnect once you receive a phone call. If this isn't the case, please review this help article which describes some troubleshooting steps.

Hi @daelitesmom  - there can be a few reasons why you don't get calls while out exercising.

• The watch isn't syncing (not related to Sense 2 controls which is only used during a call)
• The phone is not with you
• You do get the calls but as the vibrations are quite weak you miss them
• The on-wrist calls is not properly setup
