I can't find any way for disabling the feature of the double-tap to wake up the screen.
This option is really required for a lot of cases - sleeping, shower, swimming, any other activity that has body contact, and even for overall battery life.
When this option is about to be added?
It seems a pretty basic option for the display settings...

You can always enable night mode which will disable the double tap/swipe to wake. You'll then have to press the button to wake up the watch.
Just swipe down and select the moon icon top middle.

@mike-MKvip Night mode is not disabling the double-tap on screen feature, only the swipe to wake (which I already disabled globally)
You can try this 🙂

@itayov you can't do that. Even a single tap wakes the screen which at night may be annoying but also during activities you described like showering. The showering (or any contact with water) is even worse as moisture reacts with the touchscreen which results in random screen taps. Touchscreen lock/water lock has been requested by users for many years and so far only Luxe got it system-wide. When it's going to be added? My guess is that probably never.
