Every time I enter the app to check the gallery it says to (A) Continue installing or (B) Later. Both options keep installing the ECG, which I have been waiting for 4 hrs now. I tried restarting the watch, Restarting the app (force quit) switching accounts, and switching off the Bluetooth. Nothing work Help me please I need this watch to work. I'm a new user.

To me it sounds like something went wrong when you did set up the first time. The ECG app installed itself at first time setup. I think you have to do a factory reset.
