I noticed today that my ecg scaner was no longer available on my sense 2. I have went into the app gallery and it also is not there. I have uninstall the app both on my  android phone and fifbit watch. Can someone help please. Thanks

Hi @amandarose5, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you with the ECG app that seems missing on your Sense 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already performed.

If you were running the ECG app without any trouble in the past, and now you don't even find it in the app gallery of the Fitbit app, then check your timezone and location settings in the Fitbit app. There are some regions where the ECG app may not be available.

Hi,

My time zones and locations are correct. If I connect to WiFi the ECG app
does not work or install. If I close the WiFi connection and leave the 5g
connection then the ecg app reinstalls on my phone and my sense 2. Any idea
why this might be?.
