We’re excited to announce that a firmware update version 210.26 for Sense 2 has been released to all our members. Some of you might already have this update available. If you installed it, let us know what you think!
We release updates to customers in phases. If you don’t see it, check the Fitbit app in a few days, and you’ll see a message when you can install the update. We appreciate your patience while we get this update to all of our customers.
*Firmware releases are not distributed based on region or location and can reach anyone no matter where you reside. We do not recommend performing a factory reset to force the update to your device as your data will be lost and you may not get the update. Please be patient and wait until you see the update banner inside of the Fitbit app to begin the firmware download.

I am having this exact issue and it is quite frustrating. I moved from the sense 2 from the Charge. Within 10 months, it completely stopped working. I got another one which zaps me so i have it in my pocket instead of on my wrist. I have been disappointed ever since and really regret this expensive purchase. Looking to switch out of Fitbit.
With update my sense2 not recording sleep time correctly, no deep sleep once again. Have tried every solution offered. Restarts, clear cache, watch positions, etc. etc.etc. This function is critical for me. Very disappointing.
Since this update my Fitbit Sense 2 is completely unusable. I have tried every type of reset possible and every time it just fails with the red cross filling the screen. The weird thing is that although the device won't sync to my phone the device is sending sleep data, heart rate etc. If Google aren't going to fix this I'll be throwing away £200 worth of smart watch and replacing it with a watch from another supplier and at the same time I'll be migrating all my devices away from Google tech. I can only guess from Google's complete failure to address or even acknowledge this issue that abandoning Google is what they wish their customers to do.
Can we please make YouTube Music an option to add on ANY Fitbit model, straight from the app? Like Spotify is?? Pretty please?? Like why is the charge 6 the only current version with the ability to sync up with anyone other than Spotify 😭 I use YouTube music for everything, and especially with Fitbit and Google being so closely intertwined, like why isn't it at least even an option 😭 PLEASE bring YouTube Music to the Fitbit app itself as an option just like you have for Spotify! I pay for Fitbit, I pay for YouTube - they all under/with Google - help me out here! Please and thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🥺
Best AnswerEver since the last update my watch no longer works with spinning. As someone who's disabled i do peddling as PT. When it doesn't count on the app I cannot get credit for it with United health care. Thanks a heap for screwing with people all for the sake of money. I'm looking for another watch because this is the second time this year youve screwed up updates.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to know that your watch wouldn't sync.
Have you ever tried restarting your device?
For Sense 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
Also, uninstall the Fitbit app on any other phones or tablets nearby.
Then, try to manually sync your watch.

Mibe isn't showing the correct step count to what my app says and when synced changes to a different amount of steps altogether this needs fixing fast fitbit this is unacceptable for us who track our health on a daily basis
I have the same issue after the 210.26 update on my Sense2. The summary data for my two-mile run is accurate, including duration, distance, average pace, etc. However, the detailed breakdown that shows average pace for each mile/lap is exactly as JAbney shows. This info is important to me and I'm sure others as well. Please advise on how to correct this!!

Best AnswerHas this still not been sorted?!!! I complained about it in July and 5 months later it's still an issue. It is a disgrace your customer service is horrific now and I am very disappointed by it all. Would it really be that hard to sort the issues for your current customers - who when they have had enough of this poor show will not go to google they will go elsewhere. You really aren't winning yourself customers. Please sort it we have all waited long enough. Many have already gone. I am hanging on in the hope a decent upgrade that actually works comes along.
