I just purchased my sense 2 and downloaded the current app.  I keep getting notifications to upload lab reports.  I have tried going to the notification section and turning off labs, I have gone to fitbit labs and tapped the "no thanks" button.  What else can I do?  The notifications come early in the morning to late in the night and at wrong times.

Please help!!

Let me help you with Fitbit labs on your Fittbit app.

Have you tried to turn off these notifications by following the instructions from our help article What is Fitbit Labs > How to leave Fitbit Labs?

It you are still receiving these notifications even after leaving Fitbit Labs, then, try now forcing quit the app and restarting your mobile. Refer to Find, open & close apps on Android
