Hi there.

I am unable to charge the fit bit. Have Ben trying for last 10 days. Fit it is totally dead.

Hi @Dmapa - if the watch got wet it may have died but it could be also a fault with the charge cable or power source.

What to try, use a pc as a power source, if you get a connec/disconnect repetitively it can indicate a watch fault.

If when connected to the power source holding the button for a full 10 seconds does nothing then it is either dead or still not charging.
