Sense 2 HR and steps are inaccurate

Completed the most recent update on my new Sense 2 after returning my previous one due to inaccurate HR. This one was accurate for the last 4 days, although frequent pairing and syncing issues. Now I did the most recent update and the step count is off by about 3000 steps and heartrate while exercising is HALF that of my garmin tracker (which is hospital grade ECG consistent).

Help! The steps and HR were fine until this last update. Use to love fitbit snd my versa 2. Extremely unhappy customer since my versa 2 died and had to 'upgrade' to a Google fitbit

I am having a similar problem with HR being lower after updating Sense 2. When comparing to my pulse when I take manually my watch is showing about 12 to 15 slower than I'm counting manually!!
