Just received my new Fitbit Sense 2 upgraded from Fitbit Sense. The heart rate nor steps are visible on my watch. However, the steps are recorded in the Fitbit app.
Please help!!! This is a new device. I have been trying to complete the setup since 12:00am CST (USA). I have called support several times and no in help. The last person sent an email on directions about setting the heart rate on the watch. It has almost been 12 hours and still having problems. Getting really upset and frustrated because this is supposed to be a new device over $300.
PLEASE HELP!!

Were you able to figure out what was going on? Mine is doing the same thing after the same amount of time of having it.
