Sense 2 Heart Rate not working

My sense 2 cannot record my heart rate. I have uninstalled, re installed, wiped, done factory reset 3 times. I’ve tried every configuration on the app and watch. I’ve tried all various fittings and situation on both arms but it simply won’t register my heart rate. This by default cannot give me metrics on all the other features I require. I am at a complete loss. Can you assist please?

Hi @MonacoJones I suggest you contact Fitbit Support  . You device should still be under warranty
