Sense 2: Inability to download or share ECG report.

On trying to download or share ecg from the notification area both simply role on continuously without effecting either of these functions.

It looks like this issue is related to the Fitbit App, so ensure you are running the latest version. If you do, then attempt to uninstall/reinstall the ECG app on your Sense 2. You can find detailed instructions on how to do it in our help article How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device? below the sections "How do I remove apps from my Fitbit watch?" & "How do I add apps to my Fitbit device?"
