Sense 2 shows start pairing screen after update

Sense the last update I get the pairing screen, as if the watch needs to be paired with the app again. However Bluetooth is not recognizing the watch. Restart of sense 2 doesn't change the issue.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps described in this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

Which phone do you have? Have you checked if the Fitbit app can be updated or if your Sense 2 has a firmware update pending?
