Sense 2 Issues

regularly, there are variances between what my phone app (and device) and the desktop web version of my stats are for a given day. For example, the phone app currently says 12 Zone min, but the desktop says 25 min. It happens with step counts, as well, and there seems to be no way to get them to align. 

also, another ongoing issue is the watch wants to end a workout while i'm still working out. if i don't happen to feel the vibration when the phone, it doesn't capture my full workout. happens a lot while running, and yes i have already thought that i may have hit the button; i'm very confident this is not what's happening.

If by desktop web version, you mean the fitbit.com dashboard, check the labels carefully to see if it really says Zone Minutes, and not the Active Minutes that used to be measured and still are by a few of the older trackers.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
