WT.....!!! Why is no one doing anything about this? Since the last firmware update, my Fitbit has been rebooting randomly, and it's really unacceptable. I've worn Fitbits for YEARS and YEARS and never had problems like this. Doesn't anyone at Fitbit or Google CARE about their customers??? I'm so frustrated, and I'm not getting answers from anyone. Don't tell me to shut down my phone, close the Fitbit app, and do a factory reset on my Fitbit because I've done that three times, and it has made NO DIFFERENCE whatsoever. I'm so unhappy and the worst is that all I hear from Fitbit or Google is ..... crickets!!! Aren't you all better than this???

Hi there @taz4352 It's great tosee that you've visited the Fitbit Community! I'm happy to help you with the issue you are experiencing since the last update.
I see you are a seasoned user of our technology and you have already done some troubleshooting. I appréciate that. If your device is constantly rebooting after firmware, it mght be possible that the firmware update hasn't sucessfully completed. I suggested that you follow the instructions below :
- With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
- Tap the Today tab > Devices > your device image.
- Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.
If you find trouble with the firmware update, I recommend that you take a look at our help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device? below the section "Sense series and Versa series"
I hope this helps !
