I wore my fitbit sense while sitting at the edge of a swimming pool on holiday, as it says it's water resistant to 50 meters. Well that isn't true. Straight away it stopped working and when I spoke to the call centre I was told it is only water resistant not waterproof as it has holes at the back for the charger. So my question was how can you claim its resistant to 50meters if it let's in water?? One of the operators was very rude and put the phone down on me. When I reported this to the next operator and said I wanted to make a complaint, they did nothing. I'm very disappointed with fitbits claims and there non response to my compliant.
Little bit of advice if you are thinking of buying a fitbit sense 2, think again if you want to wear it whilst swimming.
