Sense 2 Need to know the warranty

Does anyone know how to start a warranty claim for any Fitbit devices?

I have the Sense 2 (which they still sell in the online store) but cannot find any option to start a warranty claim, the contact details number (UK: +448000265911) ring through to a number that states "we no longer accept calls at this number".

I don't have a Facebook account and I'm not signing up just to contact their support.

Are Google deprecating Fitbit while still selling the devices?

@Neiphos   Please try this Contact page.  Some international customers have issues because of time zone differences.  It isn't staffed 24/7.

If you are asked for the serial number, take off the top part of the band.  It is etched on the pebble.
