This is driving me nuts. My husbands Sense 2 will record his sleep score (He got his 2 weeks before me), but mine will not record the sleep score and I cannot figure out why.
I have rebooted the Sense 2, removed and reloaded the app on my phone (For the recorded we both have the same type of Motorola phone.)
I have resynced, and resynced and resynced and still it will not record my sleep score. I tracks my sleep, but not the sleep score, accept once or twice it recorded it.
How can I fix this issue?

The easiest way to find out if there is something wrong with your device, or if you need to adjust how you wear yours, is if you and your husband could switch devices for one night,

So it could be a faulty device? That would suck as it is less than a month old and has only given a score a few times.

I am not saying it is, but yes it could be. I had to do a little bit of experimenting myself before I got continous sleep scores. For me i works to have the watch 2 ½ finger widths from my wrist bone. It also has to be tight enough not to let any light in between your skin and the watch.
