Sense 2 - how do I disable "notifications/vibrations" when an exercise is auto recognized?

I have exercise auto-recognition enabled, and when I go on a walk, after about 5 minutes the watch vibrates and says something like "walk recognized", with a big Start button.  I ignore it, but every couple minutes it vibrates again.  In a 30 minute walk just now, it buzzed me about 10 times and it was very annoying.

My original Sense would auto-recognize walks and bike rides and record them without any notifications/vibrations.  I don't see any options to disable the auto-recognition notifications, does anyone know how to disable them but still have the exercise auto-recognized and recorded?

Seriously thinking about returning the Sense 2 and moving to another brand.  The Sense was good for what it did, inbetween a smartwatch and a fitness watch.  The Sense 2 seems to have been dumbed down, maybe they should have renamed it "Senseless".

I do not think you can disable the vibration / notification, but instead of ignoring the first "alarm", dismiss it by pressing the button.
