I just got my Fitbit Sense 2 4 days ago. It came with sufficient charge so I didn't charge it. Today the battery went and I went to charge and it's not charging.  I've tried multiple outlets. Let it sit for 2 hours and nothing. Im trying my laptop port to see if that works. Is a Samsung charging block sufficient to charge this also?

Hi @Rlowen2017 - laptop and most chargers work, even a backup battery pack, however check this link How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen as that may be the issue.

Sometimes a tiny bit of plastic remains stuck over the contact on the back of the watch, you may need a magnifying glass to check.
