Not receiving text or email notifications on the watch have set it up get calls ok

Hi @SunsetRunner - pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and make sure that neither Sleep nor Do not disturb are enabled by turning off all icons.

Depending on the phone settings there can be issues, especially iPhone so check the phone settings. How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
