I am experiencing a similar problem with the reboot loop but with a twist. The watch disconnected from my phone on its own and it's now stuck in the loop. My watch will send a signal to connect but when I get to the step in the app asking for the 4 digit code on the watch, there's nothing there. About a week before this happened my watch screen was very glitchy and scrambled. I've tried the side button reboot procedure to zero effect. It seems that either a software update killed my device or it's just a poorly made device that has a short lifespan. I'm now using my 4 year old, $40 Timex smartwatch again, which works just fine. Extremely disappointed

Hi @Jeffmcg, welcome to the Fitbit community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the reboot loop issue you are experiencing with your Sense 2. I appreciate all the efforts you've already made to troubleshoot this issue.
According to your description, the setup is failing because the display is not working. Usually the restart should resolve this issue. Just make sure you have performed the restart correctly. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If you don't see any 4-digit code while attempting to pair your device, please tell me what you see instead. If you don't see anything, do you see any sensor lights in the back of the device?

Nothing shows on the screen and I don't see any of the backside sensors flashing. The watch is trying to pair with everything around it(multiple phones, tablets) so it seems it's sending out a signal, but it won't do anything else. The fitbit logo and the red X only pop up when it's on its charging device.

Hi,
I've been having this same issue with my The watch is trying to pair with devices around it but it doesn't display the 4 digit code for pairing. The device shows fitbit logo briefly only when I put it on charge. I tried to factory reset it but it only flashes the black and blue fitbit logo alternately followed by a red X. Then it's black again.
I also visited some third party repair centres and they said that they can't do anything about it since it is a software issue and that I should contact the service centre.

Sorry, I hadn't responded sooner, I was expecting a direct response. Still can't get anywhere with this watch. I'm going to assume that it's dead and if I want to purchase another smart watch Fitbit and Google watches will not be on my list.
