Is anyone else experiencing shorter battery life on the Sense 2? I charged my yesterday morning and it is already at 50%
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
The long battery life is the reason I like this watch so much. I have had a few of them and this is the first issue like this. Very upset about this!

Hi @ahalford21 and @dting8 ! Welcome to the Fitbit Community !
I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear this situation concerning the short battery life of your Sense 2.
I suggest you to read the following article, explaining some tips to extend battery life What are tips to extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

I understand there are tips and most of those I follow. But this hasn't always been happening with my Sense. This is a recent thing and I haven't changed anything I have been doing with my Sense. Charged last night and have done the tips you mentioned and it is already at 80%. I used to have always on display and it never caused the watch to lose battery life like this.
Watch keeps running out of Charge. I connect it up....says 1% Charge.....leave it connected Overnight....then it looks fine.
Less than a day later....no Charge....connect it up.....says 1% Charge.....leave it connected.....and repeat several times!!!
Watch is less than 5 Months Old.
Best AnswerI recently disabled all the new bells and whistles like the new cardio load. I disabled stress management and readiness as well. Anecdotally I’d say I regained an extra day on my battery life. Again, I blame the latest firmware update. I have to say that removing these measurements has improved my mood immensely! It’s kind of an anti New Years Resolution, to measure myself less. I ditched my weight goals too and I’m trying to just work on active zone minutes. As a side note, I’m a swimmer so the cardio load goals are not applicable. The documentation states that clearly, so every day Fitbit was telling me to work harder when I was already swimming in the “vigorous” zone!?
Took me forever to figure out how to disable all these. For those wondering: click the tiny pencil icon near the Today header, disable the tiles, then at the very bottom, there's a link for "feature privacy controls". I'll see if this helps my battery life.
Second UPDATE: NOPE, back where it was. Can't make it through 24 hours on 100% charge. I'm plugging in 2-3 times a day, hoping it holds through the night so my alarm works in the morning. Hit and miss!!
UPDATE: I received an email from Fitbit instructing me to try an update. I did that and again Iloveg my Sense 2. Thank you, FB!
Mine doesn't hold through the day now. I also purchased this one for the promised battery life of several days. This is untenable, especially when I am traveling. If it doesn't hold the charge, it won't perform for the purposes I purchased it. After nine years, I'll be considering a fruit on my wrist. Also, the website seems to not have the information that it once did. For example, just how long have I had my Sense 2, and when did my Premium expire?

Best AnswerThanks Mario. I think we’re all disappointed that our Sense watches were advertised to last 6 days but we’re only getting 1 or 2 days of use before we need to recharge our watches?
I was getting 4 or 5 days of use before the big firmware update and only 2 or 3 after downloading it. Once I disabled the cardio load etc. I can go 3 or 4 days without recharging. 🤔
