Sense 2 Smart Wake not working

I can no longer access the alarms on my FitBit Sense 2.  I love the “Smart Wake” feature and have alarms set, but now I can’t seem to access the alarms at all to change or even turn it off.

First, you can try restarting your Fitbit Sense 2 by pressing and holding the button for about 10 seconds.
