Sense 2 stop tracking exercises by itself

My Sense 2 tracks any exercise for 16 minutes and then stops by itself. Trying to restart exercise right away and it won’t let me until I reboot the device.

I JUST got a Sense 2 last week and the heart rate / activity tracker does NOT work properly I am so disappointed because heart rate is one of the most valuable things I track!! There must be a defect with Sense 2 as there are TONS of posts just like this…

I just the the firmware updated on my Sense 2.  My exercise doesn't stop recording, but it reverts back to the clockface, and I can't access any of the exercises until I restart.

My wife's Sense 2 auto-recorded 3 sessions of spinning, with their length of 15, 19 and 16min.  It must think she stopped riding when they make her do these stupid changing hand position exercises.  Anyway I turned auto-stop to off on her Sense 2 so hopefully it won't do that anymore.
